PJ Turner (TN) & Tashina Beckmann (CA) were brought together by a mutual passion: joy of movement through West Coast Swing. They began their partnership in May 2013, and debuted their 1st ever Classic Routine in July 2013 at Swingtime in the Rockies. Within their first year of partnership they consistently placed Top 5 at major US NASDE and other WSDC events in the Classic Division, having a phenomenal start with their "Feel Again" routine.  They have continued to place Top 5 with their 2nd and 3rd Routines. Almost immediately following their debut they started teaching at events & workshop weekends throughout the US. Throughout 2014 they traveled, taught, competed, performed and judged at National and International Events.  Promoters and students alike love their fun energetic personalities, humorous accents, professionalism, and passion for late night dancing. Their partnership is strengthened by the fact that their individual and now mutual life dreams were and continue to be professional dancers. They are so grateful they get to experience this together.
Kyle Redd & Sarah Vann Drake (CA) have been on the forefront of innovative west coast swing for over 20 years. Residing in Fresno, California, Kyle Redd & Sarah Vann Drake are the holders of 11 US Open titles, are five time NASDE champions, and eight time Grand National Champions, and they are the only couple to hold US Open Swing Championship titles in both the Showcase and Classic divisions. Competing together for over 12 years, they are known for their smooth footwork and precise, and direct teaching styles. Kyle and Sarah have choreographed and performed over 24 routines. Travelling all over the world, Kyle & Sarah teach both the fundamental roots of west coast swing, and their own modern styles.
Diego Borges and Jessica Pacheco (Brazil) Diego Borges has earned a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Ceará specializing in Dance Teaching Methodology. Jessica Pacheco is a graduate with a degree in  Accounting Sciences from the Federal University of Ceará. They are one of the pioneers in teaching West Coast Swing in South America and the first Brazilians’ to win an official competition in West Coast Swing. Diego & Jessica also hope to spread Zouk, one of the most widespread dances in Brazil, to the world outside. Currently, this very unique couple is traveling; teaching and spreading Zouk, and other Brazilian dances, and West Coast Swing to Brazil, Europe and the United States.
Robert & Nicola Royston. Robert is one of the most successful competitive dancers in Country and Swing, winning many World and US Open titles. He is also a member of the UCWDC Hall of Fame. Together, Robert and Nicola have won multiple Showcase Swing Championships, Division 1 Country Grand Championships, and Cabaret titles. They hold multiple strictly swing and jack & jill titles, and are Top 5 NASDE finishers. They have performed on numerous NYC Stages and on television shows, have choreographed for artists like Kellie Pickler, Sugarland, Taylor Swift, and for films such as “Love N’ Dancing.” As internationally recognized judges and teachers, the pair travels, teaching, judging and performing their exciting choreography year-round. www.robertandnicola.com
Greg Scott & Lemery Rollins (MD) have over 20 years dancing experience combined.  Greg started in American Ballroom but competed in country winning many titles.  He also has a background in ballet, jazz and hip hop.  Lemery started in International 10 Dance (both Ballroom and Latin) and won many titles including: 3rd in the world pro/am 10 dance, 5Th in the world and 3rd in the USA pro/am Latin.  She is also skilled in American Ballroom, Salsa, and Argentine Tango.  Greg and Lemery are currently focusing on West Coast Swing, Greg winning many All-Star J&J and Strictlys. Together they have solidified their place within the top 5 couples in Showcase Division this year and are both currently at the top of the NASDE tour.  They are a unique couple who are excited to be dancing their third routine together.  They are nurturing instructors who believe that a strong foundation leads to a higher obtainable level and look forward to sharing their love of dance with you. 
Dean & Dawn Garrish (MD) are two of the most prominent teachers of both country and west coast swing dance in the Maryland/DC area. They have been teaching and competing in the dance community for over 25 years. With extensive knowledge in competitive dancing they have won two UCWDC World Titles, 6 US Open Swing Titles, and over 50 Top Teacher Awards. Dean and Dawn are legends of the dance world and continue to influence dancers of all levels seeking to refine their skills.
Ashley & Tobitha Stewart (NC) have been competing on the Shag circuits together since 2008. They consider Carolina Shag, as being a dance with extremely deep roots, a sub-culture that is self-sustaining and a lifestyle that once it has infected you, it is very hard to leave behind. Ashley & Tobitha have been instructing Shag since 2009. They enjoy teaching locally and traveling regionally to Dance Events to teach Shag workshops. Both are very involved in the social and competition aspect of Carolina Shag. They both are members of the Competitive Shaggers Association (CSA) to help preserve the dance. They are the event directors for the CSA Carolina Shag Classic Contest at Swillies Hideaway. They are instrumental and extremely committed to the advancement of the Junior Shaggers. They also are involved with the Junior Shag Dance Team. Dancing is their love and passion, and they love competing as well as teaching!
Hugo Miguez & Stacy Kay (FL) are renowned worldwide for their precision, variety, and teaching methods within West Coast Swing. Since 2011, they have taken the circuit by storm with their Classic routines and are re-defining the learning process of the dance world. They will lead you through energetic dances while sharing their advice on all things dance.
Hugo and Stacy reside in sunny Clearwater, Florida and travel as competitors, judges, and choreographers for numerous events in different dance styles. Both continue to share their passion for dance and enjoy working with all levels of experiences. They work with top professionals in many different dance styles distinctly furthering their education and experience. Their philosophy is to introduce and foster fresh, comprehensive dance knowledge for their students by giving more of themselves within every experience.
Jerome & Bonnie Subey (NJ) Bonnie and Jerome met on the dance floor 3 years ago and have been inseparable ever since.  Jerome is originally from Montpellier, France, and Bonnie is from Oklahoma City, OK.  They lived together for a while in Philadelphia, PA, but now travel full-time, teaching, judging, and performing West Coast Swing.  Between the two of them, they have over 25 years of partner dance experience.  Bonnie and Jerome are both GPDIA certified judges and are constantly looking to further their dance education.  They are working on their 3rd swing routine which will debut in Showcase division soon.

Jerome Subey has been dancing since he was 3 years old, starting with ballet for two years.  He danced Hip Hop for over 10 years. At 19 he started his first couples dance, Rock'n'Roll, followed by Boogie and Lindy Hop, before finding West Coast Swing in 2009. In order to provide high quality lessons he trained to teach WCS Duodanse in France.Then he spent one year in Montreal to continue educating himself with professional American dancers and to compete. By the end of only 1 year of competition he had advanced from Novice to All-star level and completed two PDIA teaching certificates.

Bonnie started West Coast Swing dancing at 14, not knowing what she was getting herself into. Prior to that, she did a little gymnastics and some bellydance, which gave her a unique foundation for West Coast. Since falling in love with West Coast Swing, Bonnie has dabbled in Salsa, Blues, Lindy, Balboa, Hip Hop, Bachata, and what little Modern she learned in an intro college class, as well as trying to follow anything anyone tried to throw at her.  Bonnie's versatility, musicality and strength make her a formidable dancer, but her patience, understanding and experience make her an excellent teacher.

Tybaldt & Hazel Ulrich  (NJ) Recent inductees into the Hustle Hall of Fame, Hazel and Tybaldt have been performing and competing together in a variety of styles, including Hustle, WCS, Carolina Shag, Salsa, Lindy, and Zouk since 2000. She’s a Living Legend of Swing, he has an Ethnomusicology degree, they both love helping dancers grow. With a strong focus on partnering skills and an ability to break down complicated movements into simple blocks, they will take your dancing to new levels of freedom.

Benji Schwimmer (DC) Benji Schwimmer recognized  for his versatility in mixing the arts of solo dance and partnering. He started competing when he was five years old. We all know and appreciate Benji for his creativity on the dance floor, and his choreography.  Benji is also the winner of "So You Think You Can Dance" season 2 and too many other competitions to keep track of.
Deborah Székely (CO) "say kay" started dancing at three. At age 10 she performed at the famous Harvest Moon Ball with her Jr. company dance troupe, and at 16, competed on “Star Search”. She has been dancing and competing ever since. She trained in ballet, tap, and jazz and began teaching at age 15. She discovered West Coast Swing in 1995 and soon became one of the most accomplished West Coast Swing competitors. Among many other awards she has earned 3x US Open Swing Dance 4x NASDE championships. She is a California Swing Dance Hall of
Famer, was White Hatted In Calgary and was recognized among the National Living Legends of Dance. Deborah currently travels worldwide spreading her love and knowledge of Dance and West Coast Swing. She continues to place well as an active competitor in the champions level Jack and Jills and Strictly Swing contests.

Robert Cordoba (FL) Dance Champion.  Coach.  Choreographer.  U.S. Swing Dance Champion.  Hall of Famer.Dancing, teaching, performing, choreographing and judging for over thirty years. He started competing in International Latin at the age of sixteen when he was a member of two U.S. International Latin American formation teams (placing 5th and taking the bronze medal at the World Ballroom Formation Team Championships). He was a top U.S Amateur competitor representing the at events throughout until he switched to West Coast Swing in 1990. Within two years he won his first U.S. Open title. For the past twenty years Robert has averaged approximately forty weekends per year traveling around the world to teach West Coast Swing. His impressive list of accomplishments includes: 7 U.S. Open titles, 4 consecutive USA Grand National titles, 4 consecutive N.A.S.D.E. titles, multiple J&J and Strictly Swing titles, was voted best Classic Swing Dancer by Dance Action magazine, was awarded “U.S. Open Social Dancer”, and he was the first person to win 3 consecutive US Open titles. Robert is a member of the “Super 7″ – dancers who won BOTH the Showcase and the Classic Divisions at the U.S. Open. He is a California Swing Dance Hall of Famer, Dallas D.A.N.C.E. Hall of Famer and a World Swing Dance Hall of Famer. Robert Cordoba has judged every major event including the Grand Nationals and U.S. Open multiple times. Arjay Centeno (NJ) Arjay is from California and currently resides in North Arlington, New Jersey. He began his love of dance in high school with hip hop, and after spending a few years in the Ballroom/Latin circuit, had great success in west coast swing with his then dance partner Melissa Rutz. He is still one of the fastest male dancers to climb the ranks to the champions division. Kellese Key (TX) has a resume one millions can only dream about achieving!  She has danced all of her life, starting at the age of 2 with extensive training in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Clogging, and Theatre.  Coming into the Swing Dance scene in 1991, she quickly moved up the ranks winning her first US Open title within 3 years in the Showcase division.  Shortly after winning her first title, she was honored with the Feather Award for Best Showcase Dancer, an award voted on by her peers and the general dance population.  In 1996, Kellese met Brent Key.  After two short years of partnering, they won their first US Open title together in the Classic division, thus making Kellese the first female to ever win a title in both the Showcase and the Classic divisions at the US Open.  With Brent coming from the Carolina Shag World, and Kellese from the West Coast Swing World, they created a fusion quickly labeled by the dance community as Swag!  There is not enough paper to list all of Kellese’s accomplishments but her highlights include: 10 US Open Titles, of which 7 were in the prestigious Classic and Showcase divisions,  6 USA Grand National Titles in both Classic and Showcase, a World Swing Dance Championship Title in the Showcase division,  2007 Impact Couple of the Year,  2009 Induction into the Dallas D.A.N.C.E Hall of Fame and after all of this competition, Kellese’s passion for life and dance continue to infect dancers all across the globe!  Today, Kellese Key still travels around teaching, competing, judging and choreographing for her favorite dance of all time and is the proud owner/creator of Swank Dance Fitness, her latest venture in an attempt to expose West Coast Swing “One Triple Step at a Time”!!
Ben Hooten & Taletha Jouzdani (TX) both reside in Texas and are proud members of the Texas Wc Swing Community. They formed their partnership a few years ago while dancing in the UCWDC Country Circuit. They have joined forces again but this time they are bringing their talents together to compete and spread their love of teaching in the WC Swing Circuit. They are looking forward to debuting their NASDE Showcase routine in the very near future. Ben & Taletha have been longtime friends and have always enjoyed dancing and teaching together. They have very similar styles and technical approaches to the dance which has created a dynamic professional team. They are already known for their ability to create the perfect balance of technical and playful in their instruction.  Common themes in their workshops are musicality, creating a balanced dance, and dance as a conversation. They are extremely excited about what the future has in store. And be sure to grab them for a dance, a chat or a lesson when you see them.

Kay Newhouse & Matthew Smith (MD) bring a focus on creative, fun, and inclusive social dancing everywhere they teach. Matt began dancing when he was just five years old, and moved into West Coast Swing intensely more than fifteen years ago. Drawing on his many years of experience in this rapidly changing dance, he combines a contemporary sense of lyrical musicality with a passion for the fundamentals of west coast swing. Kay fell in love with West Coast Swing in the Washington DC area in the mid 90s, and has traveled to visit WCS dance conventions and social scenes around the country for many years. John Lindo (CA) After beginning in country-western dance in 1992, John Lindo quickly made his mark on the West Coast Swing circuit by garnering an astonishing number of awards and championships in Jack-and-Jills and Strictly Swings. Some of his First Place awards include the U.S. Open, Grand Nationals, Phoenix Champion of Champions. He is also sought after internationally for his experience and teaching, having traveled to five countries in the past year alone. John currently resides in New Jersey and Northern California and is an influential presence in the New York City West Coast Swing scene.
Debra Lynn Tuttle (MD) Debbie Lynn Tuttle is a full-time professional dance instructor in the Washington DC, Northern VA and MD region. She is a UCWDC Champion, Pro-Am Instructor, and Dance Event Coordinator. Lessons include individual, couple, group classes, specialty workshops with a concentration in West Coast Swing (WCS) and Hustle dance styles, as well as providing private lessons in most of the ballroom dances. Her dance roots go back to days in ballet, jazz, modern, improv, hula and international ballroom and she studies extensively with many top professionals plus has the distinction of being a Premier West Coast Swing Dancer. Her experience and accomplishments in the dance community provide her students with an extensive knowledge base to learn and grow. She knows what it takes to become an accomplished dancer. Lori Rousar (OH) began dancing and competing at country events in 1998. After a few years, she changed her focus from country to West Coast Swing and Hustle. Currently, Lori is a successful All Star competitor and her passion for West Coast Swing has her traveling across the country competing, teaching and judging at several events. Through her playfully styling, technique and musicality, Lori encourages others to apply their own unique qualities to this dance. She truly enjoys the social aspect of dancing and is extremely grateful for the wonderful family it has brought to her life.
Jeanne DeGeyter (OK) has been dancing competitively since 1995, including Swing and Country in both couples and teams.  Her athletic, yet graceful, style stems from her younger years as a gymnast and cheerleader. Lara Deni (VA) began her teaching career at 15 in her mother’s dance studio. A year later she was performing with an adult dance troupe and traveling the East Coast and Canada as a professional adjudicator for youth Tap, Jazz and Ballet dance competitions. She trained in Tap, Jazz and Ballet, achieving a BFA in Dance. Teaching and competing on the Ballroom/Latin and Lindy circuits, Lara brings a wide range of knowledge and understanding to her classes. Lara won Top Teacher Award at DCSX 2014 and MadJam 2015. She and former partner Keith Stremmel won 5 Titles Nationally in the Classic Rising Star division, and she has won over 15 National Titles/Placements in All Star Jack & Jill and Strictly divisions. In 2015, she started a youth program, and she has just started to bring West Coast Swing to other Virginia communities far outside of the Metro DC area. Gary Jobst (NC) Gary teaches, judges and performs all over the United States and Europe. Hi as been teaching and dancing for more than 25 years and his experience as a chief judge covers more than a decade. Gary's reputation as a fair, well organized and impartial chief judge is undisputed. Doug Rousar(OH) Currently residing in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Doug works full-time as a dance instructor, event director, chief judge, coordinator, and competitor. He has been involved in various forms of music and performance arts since early childhood. Once discovering west coast swing in 2001, was quick to fall in love with the dance. Doug has competed successfully in sophisticated swing divisions, and remains a repeating finalist in many jack and jill and strictly champions and all-star divisions. Debbie Ramsey Boz (Raleigh, NC) Co Director & Artistic Director of MAD Academy and the only Swing Dance Hall of Fame Dancer in North Carolina.  She has over 50 years dance experience and over 37 years experience as a professional choreographer, actor, dancer and educator. While living in Los Angles she made her film debut as a fresh 16 year old dancing, horseback riding and choreographing for feature films, commercials and television shows. Some of her partners and students have been, Donald Sutherland, Brendon Frasier, Sylvester Stallone and Dolly Parton.  Her film and television dance credits include lead dancer with Donald Sutherland in Younger And Younger, Back To The Future 1 & 2, Fast Times At Ridgemont High, Hill Street Blues, Murder She Wrote, Simon & Simon, The Fall Guy and Major Dad. As an educator and choreographer for the social dance communities, Debbie is considered a Grand Master Instructor. Dana Simonetti (NYC) (NYC) aka "Dancin' Dana" is a YogaWorks 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher & a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance & she's working on her 500-hour certification at Dharma Yoga Center, plus she is currently an Allstar-level West Coast Swing dancer & a previous Showcase competitor. As a result of her training as a Yoga teacher at the best Yoga teacher training schools in the world combined with all her extensive Dance experience around the country which also includes a background as a professional Lindy Hop Swing performer & teacher and as a Ballet dancer with numerous prestigious companies, Dana understands the connection between the body & different dance/movement styles. She teaches beginners as well as mixed level classes by offering modifications & instructions on how to use props and she is committed to the safety of students. In her Yoga For Dancers teaching, Dana emphasizes proper body alignment & care together with good technique which will then better one's dancing short & long term and she educates people on how Yoga helps improve one's physical & mental states which can also help their approach to stress & competitions in addition to how Yoga enriches their mind, body & soul as a living breathing person. Katie Fallon (OH) is a West Coast Swing and Hustle DJ from Ohio who loves sharing her passion of music. In 2011 she was introduced and trained by a fellow DJ and started DJing for local dances around Cleveland. As time passes, Katie continues to inspire people at dances and events in the Midwest and progressively around the United States. Her goal is to work hard on providing the best experience through social and competition music alike! “
victor Victor Loveira (LA) Originally from Houston, Victor has over 30 years experience as a DJ and over 17 years experience as a swing DJ. Victor's first WCS event to DJ was The Texas Classic in 1995 in Dallas, Texas. From that point on, he has had the good fortune of DJing many of the countries’ top swing events including The US Open, Dallas DANCE, Boogie by the Bay, USA Grand Nationals, Americas' Classic, Liberty Swing, Swing Diego, Swing Fling, Summer Hummer, Nashville Classic, Worlds and Phoenix. Victor has also traveled internationally to DJ at prestigious swing events in London. To his credit, Victor is considered by peers to be one of the top Swing DJs in the business and travels approximately 40 weeks in a given year. In 2005, Victor was honored with the AllSwing DJ of the Year Award. He won Best DJ of 2011 at the first annual Westie Awards Gala, an honor bestowed on him by his west coast dance peers. In 2012, Victor was inducted into the Allswing DJ Hall of Fame.
victor Mike Glasgow (MD) has been an avid WCS social dancer and competitor since around 2000. Frequenting events around the country he is now competing at the All Star level. Mike has become a popular WCS DJ in the D.C. area over the last several years.

Koichi Tsunada (WA) started DJing locally in Seattle in 2012 and has been growing momentum ever since. In 2013 and 2014 he was a D.J. at larger events in Washington, Oregon, Vancouver BC, California, & Korea. He is recognized by many as being incredibly friendly, having a “weird” sense of humor and being well traveled. Koichi enjoys DJing because it is a way to bring joy to people & introduce something new to the local dance scene. Often times he can be found playing for the late night crowd at dance conventions & after every event, shares his songs with the public. He never expected the long-running tradition of requesting a “Koichi’s last song” to take him down the path of becoming a West Coast Swing D.J. He’s super excited to be able to a DJ staff at MADjam!
Tim Johnson (MI) has been a professional DJ for over 13 years. Locally in Flint Michigan, he both teaches and DJs a variety of dances year round. He has years of study in music, science, physics, electronics and computers. Travelling to many dance weekend events he has had the pleasure of using his talents, and working with some of the best in the business. Tim considers a great DJ to be more than a collection of equipment, but an artist, entertainer, and technician.
